Spotdif provides a platform that enables you to request quotes and information for a range of products or services by connecting you with Service Providers. Once you submit your request, we will share your details with relevant Service Providers, who will contact you directly with quotes or further information. You are under no obligation to accept any offers or make any purchases from the Service Providers.

The information you provide is used to connect you with relevant Service Providers who can meet your requirements.

You must only use the Spotdif platform for personal use, including on behalf of your friends or family where they have asked you to do so, or for legitimate business purposes if you are a business user.
You must complete any required forms truthfully and accurately, as any discrepancies could affect the products or services offered.
The Service connects you with third-party Service Providers. These Service Providers are independent from us, and we do not have any control over their actions, services, or products. You acknowledge that any engagement with these Service Providers is at your own risk, and we are not liable for any issues, disputes, or complaints arising from your interactions with them.
Spotdif offers a rewards program to customers who purchase products we recommend through our partners. To qualify for a reward, the customer must provide proof of purchase and proof of installation of the recommended product. Proof can be submitted by emailing both documents to hello@spotdif.com.
Upon receiving the necessary documentation, Spotdif will issue a voucher equivalent to the value communicated to the customer, or as specified on the Spotdif website (spotdif.com), within 30 days of notification. Rewards will primarily be issued in voucher format, with options for Amazon or similar retailers. The reward cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative value.
Spotdif reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or modify this rewards scheme at any time without prior notice. The rewards program is subject to availability, and all rewards are issued solely at the discretion of Spotdif's customer service team.

We aim to resolve complaints as quickly and efficiently as possible. If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, you have the right to escalate the matter to the relevant UK authority or an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body.
In case of any disputes, we will attempt to resolve them through mutual agreement. If a resolution is not possible, you may refer the issue to the appropriate regulatory body or legal authorities.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Narwhal and its affiliates, employees, agents, or third-party providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
We make no warranties or representations regarding the suitability or quality of the products or services offered by Service Providers.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent or illegal activities. You may also request that we remove your personal data from our systems at any time, subject to applicable legal obligations.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated date.
